SMBHA Members (Parents, Players, Coaches, Referees and Volunteers),

Surrey Minor Ball Hockey Association is always interested in your feedback on how to improve our season, league and association. We know there is always room for improvement and as the association is operated through an army of volunteers, it is important that we obtain your feedback and suggestion on what can be done to insure we meet our mission as an association. That mission is to provide a competitive, fun environment for Surrey youth to enjoy the sport of ball hockey.
